“We started a few years ago...”
We created this business in 2017.
We were working in the industry for many years for large corporates since 2008. And saw the market potential to assist people in the water purifying industry. Personally, we were not happy with the quality of water we had in our own homes. This inspired us to purchase and instal a reverse osmosis system in our home. We could taste the difference immediately and our families health also started to improve. We started visiting the doctor only once a year instead of regularly.
This was our real inspiration to assist others in finding a healthier way of living. Yes, it does cost a bit upfront and there are annual renewals on the filters. But knowing that your family is protected against bacteria is always a good investment.

Atlantic Paradise Water Purifiers
Application
These terms of sale shall apply to all dealings between Atlantic Paradise Water Purifiers. (the "Supplier") and the customers (the "Customer") save insofar as may expressly be varied by written instrument signed by both parties. In particular, these terms of sale shall supersede any terms. Conditions and contractual provisions to the contrary in or accompanying Customer's order, receipt, and payments.
We deliver in South Africa Gauteng Area only. Water Filter replacement cartridges Do Not have a Return or Refund.
Payment
2.1 Payment for all equipment purchased and service supplied shall be affected by the Customer to be paid to the supplier
In full before delivery thereof.
2.2 The Customer shall be liable to the Supplier for interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% (Two Percent) over and exceeding the prime lending rate charged by the Capitec Bank of Southern Africa limited from time to time. Without prejudice to the Supplier's additional or alternative rights at law.
2.3 Notwithstanding any granting of credit or undertaking so to do on the part of the Supplier to the Customer at any time. the Supplier hereby reserves the right at any time to require payment In the form of cash on delivery, without any reason.
Ownership
Notwithstanding that equipment may be sold. Ownership therein shall vest and remain vested In the Supplier until receipt of payment in full. Risk therein shall pass on delivery.
Delivery
3.1 Delivery dates are based on current industrial conditions and no warranty is given by the Supplier in regard thereto.
3.2 Unless otherwise specified, no claim shall be against the Supplier for equipment lost or damaged in transit between the Supplier's and the Customer's premises.
3.3 Upon delivery of equipment ordered by or on behalf of the Customer, the Customer shall, by signature of any party.
(Customer) having been appointed to the delivery documents, be deemed to have received all of the equipment reflected therein in good order and condition, and the Customer shall be the onus of Proving the contrary in the event of any subsequent dispute in regard thereto.
Guarantee
4.0 The equipment sold is subject to the Supplier's guarantee against defective workmanship and/or materials at the time of production and for such period after delivery as may be specified by the Supplier in documentation accompanying such equipment, upon such further terms
as may therein be specified.
4.1 The Supplier shall not be liable for loss of profit or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, sustained by the Customer in consequence of any equipment sold or service rendered which may in any respect be incorrect, defective, and/or delayed or which may arise out of any other cause whatsoever. The Customer's sole remedy is to require the replacement or the placement or repair (at the Supplier's option) of any such equipment as may be shown to be defective upon the terms specified in the applicable guarantee.
4.2 The above guarantees are given instead of any warranty, guarantee, or condition implied by the law in respect of any defect or failure of the equipment supplied and for loss, injury, or damage attributed thereto.
4.3 As claims will be only applicable if goods purchased are fully paid for and will be subject to our normal guarantee conditions.
Default
Should the Customer default in respect of any payment obligation to the Supplier, the latter shall be entitled to Institute action for recovery thereof In the Magistrates Court in respect of any amount whatsoever as may then be outstanding (whether or not due) and shall be entitled to recover its costs thereby incurred on the scale as between attorney and own client.
Goods Returned
You can return products only if you have a valid reason for the return.
This must be within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The product should be properly sealed & nothing should be missing from the box.
Providing the product has not been damaged and returned in the same condition it was delivered or shipped less shipping fees. A 15% handling charge may at the discretion of Atlantic Paradise Water Purifiers be levied upon any or all items accepted for return.
ELECTRICAL PARTS
5.0 Electrical parts carry a 3-month manufacturer's guarantee.
5.1 Extraction Systems Electrical motors must be connected to a start-stop with overload protection and must be installed by a competent person with a wireman’s license and must be part of the COC.
5.2 Records to be kept of every 6-month intervals of deep cleaning of the extraction system. The guarantee does not include labor and transport.
The goods or products can be sold with the permission and agreement between the client and Atlantic Paradise Water Purifiers.
The return of goods for credit is at all times subject to our prior consent and is in any event conditional upon all return transport costs being for the account of the purchaser.
SHIPPING Costs
Shipping Costs will be determined based on the location you are ordering from.
Local shipping will be calculated by weight and distance or volumetric weight.
International Shipping and border will be done with the client being responsible for Supplying all the relevant document
We offer door-to-door deliveries through various courier services, at the purchaser's cost.
All customers can collect or pick up a product purchased within 7 days of placing the order Unless shipped.
We only accept unused items and products in the original packaging providing they are in the same condition they were sent.
SUBJECT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Products must be in the same working condition and state they were dispatched,
if the product does not perform to the specifications as stated.
